Structural Inspection Services

Homes of any age are subject over time to weather conditions, ground shifting, poor soil conditions, construction quality, warping, and more. Our structural inspection service offers an assessment and evaluation of the structural components of your home. The determination of squareness, levelness, and plumbness can be included in such an evaluation. Criterium-Schimnowski Engineers does not inspect other systems, such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or interior as part of this evaluation, but these systems may be discussed with your inspector.

Get an objective opinion. Avoid paying contractors for unnecessary repairs. Get comprehensive and cost-effective solutions, if they are needed.
